Our fire department is considered a “Combination” department mean we have  full-time & part-time employees as well as volunteers— from time to time—we have an opening for a paid position. Volunteers

The majority of Americas fire department consists of volunteers, we can’t serve without you! Our organization had over 20 volunteer members who serve each and every day to our communities needs no matter the time of day. NO CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED! All training you need is done either at our department or throughout our state at various fire departments and community colleges which is provided to you free of charge. Many of our members have gone on to work for EMS, Career fire departments, military, law enforcement, and even medical physicians! 

We have junior firefighters from ages 14-18 and Volunteer Firefighter or EMT positions starting at the age of 18. Stop by either station to obtain an application and begin the process today!
